Adam L. Basner, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Baltimore, Maryland, with extensive training in cosmetic surgeries for the face, breast, and body. He completed a general surgery residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, and his plastic surgery residency at New York University Medical Center.
