Dissolve Double-Chin Fat Cells with Kybella
Elle perhaps put it best: Kybella is "like liposuction in a syringe." But unlike neck liposuction or a neck lift, Kybella is completely non-surgical. Kybella is deoxycholic acid, which dissolves fat cells under the chin by destroying their membranes. It's identical to the deoxycholic acid occurring naturally in your body.
You'll need between 2 and 6 treatments to reach a desired effect. During a single appointment, Dr. Basner will administer a series of Kybella injections – somewhere between 12 to 20 injections per appointment. In no less than a month, you'll come back for your next appointment, and for up to 6 appointments spaced at least a month apart. The number of appointments depends on how Dr. Basner plans your specific treatment for the degree of under-chin fat you are experiencing.
