Male Breast Reduction Surgery
Many men are troubled by the development of breast tissue in their chest. They suffer from embarrassment and frequently avoid situations where they need to take their shirts off. It also creates difficulty in finding clothes to camouflage their chest.
Gynecomastia surgery may be the solution you’ve been hoping for. Baltimore, Maryland plastic surgeon Dr. Adam Basner can remove unwanted breast tissue to give you the flatter chest wall you desire. Usually this is done through one tiny incision on each side of chest. Rarely an incision across the chest wall will need to be made.
Occasionally, a small incision needs to be made under the nipple as well. These incisions tend to heal unnoticeably. Gynecomastia surgery in Baltimore can remove the embarrassment of unwanted breast tissue.

TESTIMONIAL: Growing up, a lot of my friends would make jokes at my chest, most commonly that I had female boobs. It destroyed my self-esteem and made it almost impossible for me to buy shirts. I felt like peoples attention was directed towards my chest. I had Gynecomastia surgery in April and couldn’t be happier with my results. I look amazing in and out of clothing. I now look forward to going to the beach. –M.B.
