Hi, I’m Dr. Adam Basner and I’m a board-certified plastic surgeon in Baltimore, Maryland. Many of my patients ask me, “How long does Botox last?” And really, for most people, it lasts about four months. Regularly, if you do it three times a year, that’s perfect. Occasionally, when people first start, it might last a little bit less, but even then I tell people to just get on an every four months schedule and they do very well.
